This month's wine, 2006 Pali Keefer Ranch Pinot Noir ($48), screams cult wine in the making. Winemaker Brian Loring (Loring Wine Company) has crafted a sultry, elegant and undeniably sexy wine.  This big, age worthy Pinot is so good you’ll  want to savor every sip and then get out a straw to enjoy the last drop!  The Keefer Ranch vineyard is renowned for producing ripe strawberry and fresh raspberry flavors in young wines that then mature into noble elegant style dark fruits after 3 – 5  years of aging (or an hour of decanting).  This delicious new release will peak in bold fruit flavors in 2010 or so.
